Based in the Omaha area, we specialize in custom new builds, large-scale renovations, and highly detailed remodels — homes designed with purpose and built to last.
Over the past decade, we've evolved into a full-service design, build, and renovation firm with a dedicated in-house design team. This integrated approach allows us to guide clients seamlessly from early concepts through construction, ensuring every decision is intentional and every detail is executed with care.

CRAIG TUTTLE, FOUNDER & OWNER
Craig Tuttle's career in construction began early, working alongside his parents in their small family-owned construction company. Those summers on job sites shaped his work ethic and respect for craftsmanship from a young age.
As his career progressed, Craig worked as a framing and finish carpenter for a residential construction company, where he developed a deep technical skill set and a strong eye for detail. As his expertise and leadership in the field grew, he became a master carpenter and working superintendent, overseeing complex residential builds and renovations.
At age 27, Craig founded Craig Tuttle Construction, launching the company with a hands-on approach supported by a small team. As demand grew, CTC expanded steadily, training/adding superintendents and building a reputation for quality, reliability, and organization.
Over the nearly 30 years in business, Craig has collaborated with Omaha's leading residential architects, gaining extensive experience in architectural design and construction documentation; knowledge that continues to shape CTC's thoughtful, detail-driven design-build approach.
